102. Arthur Deco, the Streamlined.

Adam Koford (also known as Apelad) invited me to join the Flickr group '700 Underwear-Clad Vigilante Mutants' (the word 'superhero' is trademarked these days). The aim is to create 700 illustrations of heroes of our own creation. The group spent 2 days thinking up names and now the drawing starts.
