Illustration Friday: Karma

I admit I had to go and look this one up in the dictionary. Although 'karma' is used in everyday conversation I'm not sure people really know it's meaning, or at least I didn't. When I read about its associations with Buddhism I immediately thought of my first exposure to that religion: the rather flippant Japanese TV series 'Monkey'. Thus my picture is the scene where Monkey is reprimanded for his errant behaviour by Buddha.
